Dimensity 9200 Plus. The latest MediaTek processor as of July 18, 2023 is the Dimensity 9200 Plus. It was announced in May 2023 and is based on the TSMC N4 process node. The Dimensity 9200 Plus is an octa-core processor with one Cortex-X3 core clocked at up to 3.35 GHz, three Cortex-A715 cores clocked at up to 3.0 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 cores clocked at up to 2.00 GHz. It also has a Mali-G715 GPU and supports LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4 + MCQ storage, and Wi-Fi 7.

The Dimensity 9200 Plus is designed for high-end smartphones and is said to offer a significant performance boost over the previous-generation Dimensity 9000. It is also said to be more power-efficient, making it ideal for long-lasting battery life.

Some of the smartphones that are powered by the Dimensity 9200 Plus, such as the iQOO Neo8 Pro and the Realme GT Neo 3T.
