Xiaomi 12T Pro is a flagship smartphone produced by the Chinese tech giant Xiaomi that was released in Oct. 2022. It comes with a lot of high-end features and specifications that make it one of the best smartphones in the market. In this review, we will take a closer look at the Xiaomi 12T Pro and its features and experience.
Design and Display:
The Xiaomi 12T Pro has a sleek and stylish design with a glass back and an aluminum frame, it feels good when holding it in your hand. It comes in three different colors – Aurora, Moonlight, and Starry Night. The phone has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2712×1220 pixels, it’s easily to place into the pocket. The display is protected by Corning®Gorilla®Glass 5 and has a refresh rate of 120Hz, this make Xiaomi 12T Pro’s screen tougher than other brands’ regular smartphone’s screen. You can even use it to smash a walnut, but we don’t suggest doing that, after all, this is not a rugged phone.
Camera:
The Xiaomi 12T Pro has a triple camera setup on the back, which includes an up to 200MP primary sensor, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 2MP macro lens. The firsthand shooting experience of 12T Pro’s 200MP main sensor is, it will provide you an ultra clear and natural photo, and also a natural night view photo. The Xiaomi ProFocus (Motion tracking focus/Motion capture) feature also amazing us. The camera also supports 8K video recording at 24fps and 4K video recording at 60fps. On the front, there is a 20MP selfie camera, its features include: Timed burst, AI Beautify, AI portrait mode with bokeh and depth control, HDR, and Panorama selfies.
Performance:
The Xiaomi 12T Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, which is one of the most powerful chipsets available in the market in 2022. The 12T Pro Antutu score ran 1,038,280. It comes with 8GB/12GB of RAM and up to 128GB/512GB of internal storage (8+128GB, 8+256GB, and 12+256GB). The phone runs on MIUI 13 based on Android 12, there are no major flaws in the software experience.
Battery:
Battery life is always one of the most important factors that we will consider when choosing a smartphone. The Xiaomi 12T Pro couldn’t be called one of the best battery life phones in the market, but it has a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports fast charging up to 120W. Meets the need of one charge for one day for heavy using, and one charge for two days for light using. With 120W superfast charge, it can charge from zero to full in just around 17 minutes.
In summary, Xiaomi 12T Pro comes with a good price among the high-end smartphones market, it’s worth hands on, which can be selected into the best Chinese smartphones list.
