If you no longer need to use a device with your Apple ID, you can remove it from your account. This will prevent the device from being able to access your iCloud data, App Store purchases, and other features.

To remove a device from your Apple ID, you will need to sign in to your account on the Apple website. Once you are signed in, follow these steps:
- Click on the Account tab.
- Under Devices, click on the Manage Devices link.
- Select the device that you want to remove.
- Click on the Remove button.
- Click on the Remove button again to confirm.
How to remove AirPods (Pro) from Apple ID
If you no longer need to use your AirPods (Pro) with your Apple ID, you can remove them from your account. This will prevent the AirPods (Pro) from being able to access your iCloud data, Apple Music, and other features.
To remove AirPods (Pro) from your Apple ID, you will need to sign in to your account on the Apple website. Once you are signed in, follow these steps:
- Click on the Account tab.
- Under Devices, click on the Bluetooth Devices link.
- Select the AirPods (Pro) that you want to remove.
- Click on the Remove button.
- Click on the Remove button again to confirm.
How to delete a phone from Apple ID
If you no longer need to use your phone with your Apple ID, you can delete it from your account. This will prevent the phone from being able to access your iCloud data, App Store purchases, and other features.
To delete a phone from your Apple ID, you will need to sign in to your account on the Apple website. Once you are signed in, follow these steps:
- Click on the Account tab.
- Under Devices, click on the Manage Devices link.
- Select the phone that you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete button.
- Click on the Delete button again to confirm.
Important Notes
- If you remove a device from your Apple ID, you will no longer be able to access your iCloud data, App Store purchases, and other features on that device.
- If you delete a phone from your Apple ID, you will no longer be able to use that phone to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or use other features that require an active phone number.
